Refunds & Cancellations

If we miss or cannot complete the stop

If we do not arrive for a booked, Square-paid stop, we refund the Square payment. You are not charged for a visit we missed.

If we arrive and cannot complete the clean for a reason on our side, we refund the Square payment or we come back and finish at no extra charge — your choice when we call you back.

If you are not satisfied with the clean

Call 909-417-1572 within 24 hours of the visit. If the bin was not cleaned inside and out as confirmed, we will return and reclean that bin at no extra charge.

A reclean is the remedy. We do not offer cash refunds on a visit that was completed as confirmed unless we agree otherwise by phone.

Cancellations

Cancel a confirmed visit by calling before we are on site. There is no cancellation fee when you cancel before we arrive.

If we have already completed the clean, the confirmed charge stands.

Recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service can be paused or stopped by phone. That does not refund visits already done.
