Who we are

Glue's Bin Cleaning (“Glue’s,” “we”) is a residential bin-cleaning service (inside and out) in The Inland Empire, California. Reach us at 909-417-1572, gluesbincleaning@gmail.com, or @gluesbincleaning on Instagram. We take booking calls 9am – 2pm Pacific.

We do not list a public street address on this site. We have no separate customer-login or customer database on this website.

What this site collects

The booking form asks only what we need to do the stop: name, phone, street address, city, bin count, cadence, preferred day/time, and optional notes. Submitting emails those fields to gluesbincleaning@gmail.com so we can run the route. The page then wipes the form — nothing is saved in cookies, localStorage, or a customer database on this website.

Payment is Square Checkout. Card numbers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are entered on Square’s page, not on this website. We do not collect card numbers, bank-account numbers, or Square passwords. A one-time booking code (for example GB-XXXX) is emailed so we can match the Square payment, then the form is wiped.

Do not type gate codes, lockbox codes, or alarm codes into the notes field — give those by phone if they are needed.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA).

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other advertising trackers on this site.

California privacy rights

If California law gives you rights to know, delete, or correct personal information we hold from a phone or email booking, call 909-417-1572 or email gluesbincleaning@gmail.com and we will handle the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

This website does not keep a customer database. Glue’s copy of a request sits in our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit, which delivers the form, says it retains submissions for about 30 days in its archive. To delete a request, email or call us — we will remove it from Gmail and ask FormSubmit to delete any archive copy they still hold.

Third parties on this page

Fonts are served by this website; viewing a page does not request fonts from Google.

The request form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to gluesbincleaning@gmail.com. FormSubmit’s privacy policy applies to that delivery. They state they retain submissions for about 30 days.

Payment checkout is Square (squareup.com / square.link). Square’s privacy policy applies on their page.

The site is published with Grok App Builder, which may load scripts from grok.com for hosting and the “Created with Grok” credit.

Instagram links go to Instagram. Their privacy policy applies once you leave this site.

Children

This site is for adults arranging service at a property they control. It is not directed at children under 13.
